Tridecatylene \Tri`de*cat"y*lene\
   (tr[-i]`d[-e]*k[a^]t"[i^]*l[=e]n), n. [Pref. tri-+ Gr.
   de`katos tenth + E. ethylene.] (Chem.)
   A hydrocarbon, {C13H26}, of the ethylene series,
   corresponding to tridecane, and obtained from Burmah
   petroleum as a light colorless liquid; -- called also
   {tridecylene}, and {tridecene}.
