Trisoctahedron \Tris*oc`ta*he"dron\, n. [Gr. ? thrice + FE.
   octahedron.] (Crystallog.)
   A solid of the isometric system bounded by twenty-four equal
   faces, three corresponding to each face of an octahedron.
