Rhonchial \Rhon"chi*al\, a. (Med.)
   Of or pertaining to a rhonchus; produced by rhonchi.

   {Rhonchial fremitus}. [L. fremitus a dull roaring or
      murmuring.] (Med.) A vibration of the chest wall that may
      be felt by the hand laid upon its surface. It is caused in
      the production of rhonchi in the bronchial tubes.
