   remuneratus, p. p. of remunerare, remunerari; pref. re- re- +
   munerare, munerari, to give, present, from munus, muneris, a
   gift, present. Cf. {Munificent}.]

   other sacrifice; to recompense; to requite; as, to remunerate
   men for labor.
