Drongo \Dron"go\, n.; pl. {Drongos}. (Zool.)
   A passerine bird of the family {Dicrurid[ae]}. They are
   usually black with a deeply forked tail. They are natives of
   Asia, Africa, and Australia; -- called also {drongo shrikes}.
