Bipartite \Bip"ar*tite\, a. [L. bipartitus, p. p. of bipartire;
bis twice + partire. See {Partite}.]
1. Being in two parts; having two correspondent parts, as a
legal contract or writing, one for each party; shared by
two; as, a bipartite treaty.

BIPARTITE. Of two parts. This term is used in conveyancing as, this
indenture bipartite, between A, of the one part, and B, of the other part.
But when there are only two parties, it is not necessary to use this word.
