Vincennes LISP

   <language> (VLISP) A dialect of {Lisp} resulting from
   development, starting in 1971, of {Lisp} {interpreters} and
   {compilers} at the {University of Paris VIII - Vincennes}.
   VLISP interpreters and compilers were designed to run on small
   computers.
