   <programming> /toh-toh'/ The default scratch file name among
   French-speaking programmers - in other words, a francophone
   {foo}.  The phonetic mutations "titi", "tata", and "tutu"
   canonically follow "toto", analogously to {bar}, {baz} and
   {quux} in English.
