Sinigrin \Sin"i*grin\, n. [From NL. Sinapis nigra.] (Chem.)
   A glucoside found in the seeds of black mustard ({Brassica
   nigra}, formerly {Sinapis nigra}) It resembles sinalbin, and
   consists of a potassium salt of myronic acid.
