Semaeostomata \Se*mae`o*stom"a*ta\, n. pl. [NL., fr. Gr. ???? a
   military standard + ???, ???, mouth.] (Zool.)
   A division of Discophora having large free mouth lobes. It
   includes {Aurelia}, and {Pelagia}. Called also {Semeostoma}.
