Redmouth \Red"mouth`\ (-mouth`), n. (Zool.)
   Any one of several species of marine food fishes of the genus
   {Diabasis}, or {Haemulon}, of the Southern United States,
   having the inside of the mouth bright red. Called also
   {flannelmouth}, and {grunt}.
