Neishout \Neis"hout\, n. [From D. niezen to sneeze + hout wood.]
   (Bot.)
   The mahogany-like wood of the South African tree {Pteroxylon
   utile}, the sawdust of which causes violent sneezing (whence
   the name). Also called {sneezewood}.
