Internet Security Association and Key Management Protocol
ISAKMP

   <networking, protocol> (ISAKMP) The definitions and procedures
   for {authenticating} communication between 2 {peers}.  This
   includes the creation and management of {Security
   Associations}, {key} generation techniques, and {threat
   mitigation}.  ISAKMP is proposed in {RFC 2408}.
