Hydramine \Hy*dram"ine\, n. [Hydroxyl + amine.] (Chem.)
   One of a series of artificial, organic bases, usually
   produced as thick viscous liquids by the action of ammonia on
   ethylene oxide. They have the properties both of alcohol and
   amines.
