Harvard architecture

   <architecture> A computer {architecture} in which program
   instructions are stored in different memory from data.  Each
   type of memory is accessed via a separate {bus}, allowing
   instructions and data to be fetched in parallel.

   Contrast: {von Neumann architecture}.
