Device Manager

   <operating system> The {Microsoft Windows} {control panel}
   {applet} used to enable, disable and configure the hardware on
   which Windows is running.  You can launch Device Manager via
   the Control Panel/System or directly with:

    rundll32.exe devmgr.dll DeviceManager_Execute
