Dartrous \Dar"trous\, a. [F. dartreux. See {Dartars}.] (Med.)
   Relating to, or partaking of the nature of, the disease
   called tetter; herpetic.

      predisposing to the development of certain skin diseases,
      such as eczema, psoriasis, and pityriasis. Also called
