Chyometer \Chy*om"e*ter\, n. [Gr. ? to pour + -meter.] (Chem.)
   An instrument for measuring liquids. It consists of a piston
   moving in a tube in which is contained the liquid, the
   quantity expelled being indicated by the graduation upon the
   piston rod.
