Chip Scale Packaging

   <hardware> (CSP) A type of {surface mount} {integrated
   circuit} packaging that provides pre-speed-sorted, pre-tested
   and pre-packaged {die} without requiring special testing.  An
   example is {Motorola}'s {Micro SMT} packaging.
