   <chat> (Or "chatterbot") A {bot} meant to be able to interact
   conversationally with humans.  A chatbot is either an exercise
   in {AI} or merely an interface as in an {infobot}.

   One of the first and most famous chatterbots (prior to the
   Web) was {Eliza}.
