Buchu \Bu"chu\, n. (Bot.)
   A South African shrub ({Barosma}) with small leaves that are
   dotted with oil glands; also, the leaves themselves, which
   are used in medicine for diseases of the urinary organs, etc.
   Several species furnish the leaves.
