V.32bis

   <communications, standard> V.32 twice.  An extension of the
   {ITU-T} {V.32} {modem} {protocol} allowing 14400 bits per
   second with {fall back} to 12000{bps}, 9600{bps}, 7200{bps}
   and 4800 {bps}.

   The {modem} should select the appropriate speed according to
   the current line conditions.
