   of redolere to emit a scent, diffuse an odor; pref. red-,
   re-, re- + olere to emit a smell. See {Odor}.]
   Diffusing odor or fragrance; spreading sweet scent; scented;
   odorous; smelling; -- usually followed by of. "Honey redolent
