Pacifico \Pa*ci"fi*co\, n. [Sp. See {Pacific}.]
   A peaceful person; -- applied specif. by the Spaniards to the
   natives in Cuba and the Philippine Islands who did not oppose
   the Spanish arms.

         While we were going through the woods one of the
