PCS/Geneva

   A cleaned-up version of {Texas Instrument}'s {PC Scheme}
   developed at the {University of Geneva}.  The main extensions
   to PC Scheme are {486} support, {BGI} graphics, {LIM-EMS}
   pagination support, line editing and {assembly code}-level
   interfacing.
