MultiLisp

   <language> A {parallel} extension of {Scheme} with explicit
   {concurrency}.  The form (future X) immediately returns a
   "{future}", and creates a {task} to evaluate X.  When the
   evaluation is complete, the future is resolved to be the
   value.
