   Designating an acid isomeric with cyanic acid.

   {Isocyanic acid}, an acid metameric with cyanic acid, and
      resembling it in its salts. It is obtained as a colorless,
      mobile, unstable liquid by the heating cyanuric acid.
      Called technically {carbimide}.
