Fanfoot \Fan"foot`\, n. (Zool.)
   (a) A species of gecko having the toes expanded into large
       lobes for adhesion. The Egyptian fanfoot ({Phyodactylus
       gecko}) is believed, by the natives, to have venomous
       toes.
   (b) Any moth of the genus {Polypogon}.
