Regelation \Re`ge*la"tion\ (-l?"sh?n), n. [Pref. re- + L.
   gelatio a freezing.] (Physics)
   The act or process of freezing anew, or together,as two
   pieces of ice.

         moist surfaces, placed in contact, freeze together to a
