[incr Tcl]

   <language> An extension of {Tcl} that adds {classes} and
   {inheritence}.

   The name is a pun on {C++} - an {object-oriented} extension of
   {C} - [incr variable] is the Tcl {syntax} for adding one to a
   variable.
